In a moment of distinguished honor and global recognition, Ambassador Queen Hadassah Ibinyingi Allaputa, renowned for her work in family diplomacy, cultural leadership, and global peacebuilding, has been officially appointed as a Special Emissary by the Governing Council of the International Society of Diplomats (ISD).
This prestigious appointment comes after her successful completion of professional training in International Relations and Diplomacy, culminating in a Diploma Certification from the College of Diplomatic Studies, a leading institution in global diplomatic education.
With this appointment, Ambassador Hadassah joins an elite network of global emissaries tasked with representing diplomatic values, peace, and multilateral cooperation on a global stage. As a Special Emissary, she will engage in high-level international missions, policy dialogue, and advocacy focused on family diplomacy, gender inclusion, cultural identity, and conflict transformation.

In recognition of her exceptional contributions to grassroots peacebuilding, cultural diplomacy, and international advocacy, the Council of Global Emissaries also conferred upon her the Global Diplomat Award during the July 15th 2023 ISD Assembly.

Ambassador Queen Hadassah Ibinyingi Allaputa is globally recognized as the Queen of Pageant Royalties and the visionary behind the International Family Pageant (IFP) and the curator of Ubuntu Africa We want Cultural Festival. Her work has impacted thousands of families across continents by redefining leadership, peace, and cultural identity through diplomacy rooted in family values.
Her appointment by the ISD further solidifies her position as one of Africa’s rising voices in people-driven diplomacy and intercultural engagement.
