The Impact of the International Family Pageant Masterclass*

The International Family Pageant groundbreaking 3-day masterclass to commemorate the UN Day for Families, with a focus on Women’s Economic Empowerment Program and Peacekeeping Missions. This transformative event brought together over 1567 participants from across Africa, providing them with vital knowledge and skills to drive positive change in their communities.

The masterclass featured a comprehensive curriculum, including:

1. Ending Violence Against Women and Girls: Strategies for prevention, support, and advocacy.
2. Women’s Political Participation , Empowering women to take on leadership roles and drive change.

3. Family Financial Management & Trust Funds: Practical guidance on managing finances and building secure futures.
4. Peacekeeping Missions, Exploring the role of women in peacekeeping and conflict resolution.

Peter Mancha is a Nigerian Programme Specialist with UN Women and a proud HeForShe Champion with over 17 years of consistent and extensive experience gained within a variety of gender-sensitive development and humanitarian programmes and projects with various national and international organizations.

His Majesty King Amb Sir, Evang. Leslie Nyebuchi Eke is a traditional ruler and a UN Ambassador for Peace.

Chikas Kumle is a Politician,AWLN Beijing+30 West Africa Lead, Beijing Eaglet at the UN Women and the Executive Director at Women Development Monitoring Initiative: a non profit Organization that advocates, encourages and supports women to take on leadership roles.

It is a great encounter and a selfless love dedicated for others.This has really changed my view of service st international level in the midst of well experienced dignitaries living for others.sitting at this odd hour in Kenya writing the deep rural kisii county am encouraged and strengthened by the love of the Facilitators and partners.i only wish that one day i will sit next to these able mentors.keep it up Nigerian Hearts of the peace universe.
